Who are we?

Maison Cabaret aims to redraw the wine and spirits codes by bringing a touch of modernity that will answer your market fairly and elegantly. We are now a major player in OEM wines and AOP in the South of France.

The history of Maison Cabaret draws its origins in the remote lands of Cabardes. It was in 1209 that Roger Pierre de Cabaret founded the estate La Bastide Rougepeyre de Cabaret, preserving the life of minstrels and troubadours very much in progress in the medieval Languedoc. Thanks to his joy of life, his good wines and his conviviality, people came from all over France to attend the festivities of Cabaret. Maison Cabaret today intends to reappropriate those epicurean moments that made the fame of the evenings of yesteryear.
